A Family Kalahari Water Park Adventure

Want to take your family on an African safari? Do you want to have adventures you have never experienced before? Don’t have enough time or money to actually get to Africa and have a tour? Well, perhaps going to the Kalahari Water Park isn’t exactly the same as going on a safari, but it sure is a fun adventure!

Kalahari Water Park is actually a resort that offers you everything you could want in hotel accommodations, an amazing indoor/outdoor water park and much, much more. There is something for everyone in this resort that is African themed with bits and pieces of décor everywhere you look, adding to the African feel.

The Kalahari indoor water park has fun slides from the tame to the high adrenaline. Some are simple slides for kids and others will have you twisting, bumping and sliding up the sides at break neck speeds. There is a wave pool for beach time fun and plenty of safe and fun activities for children in the shallow kid’s area with animal themed equipment. Nobody in your family will be disappointed with all there is to do there.

When the weather is good there is an outdoor water park for fun in the sun, and when the weather is poor or you just need a break from being outside the indoor park has everything you could want under one roof.

But the water park is not all you find at the Kalahari Water Park! There is much more to do than just play in the water. Take a break from that and you can shop in the souvenir shop, or even relax at the spa where you can enjoy a number of different treatments to relax and invigorate you.

If that’s not enough, I hope you’ve booked a long stay because there is much more! Your older kids and the younger ones alike will find fun games in the game room arcade. For the artistic ones in the group there is a pottery shop where you can experiment making your very own pottery! For the littlest ones there is even a petting zoo so your child can get up close and personal with real animals!

The Kalahari Water Park Resort has a wide variety of different types of rooms you can choose to stay in. Some of them have a kitchen to make you feel more at home and all are comfortably decorated with the subtle African theme.

If you want to give your family an adventure but don’t have the time or means to make it half way around the world, you can have a different type of adventure much closer to home at the Kalahari Water Park Resort.
